JNVs invites application for the admission made through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) at Class VI.
How to get an Application Form:
Application forms for admission may be made on the prescribed Application Form (attached with the prospectus) available free of cost from:
1. Block Education Officer (BEO)/ Mandal Education Officer (MEO)
2. District Education Officer (DEO)
3. Headmaster of any Govt./ Govt. aided/ NIOS where he/ she is studying.
4. Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Eligibility: A candidate appearing for the selection test must be studying in Class-V for the whole of the academic session 2016-17 in a Government/ Government aided or other recognized schools or ‘B’ certificate competency course of National Institute of Open Schooling in the same district where he/ she is seeking admission.
Age: A candidate seeking admission must not have been born before 01.05.2004 and after 30.04.2008.
How to submit an Application Form: 
Duly filled in application form must reach the Block Education Officer latest by 16.09.2016. It shall be signed by the Head of the recognized school/ Special Education Scheme where the child is studying in Class-V, on or before 16.09.2016
Last date for submission of Application Form in BEO’s Office is: 16.09.2016.

Admission notification for Masters Programme in Computational Engineering (2016-17) 

This course has been designed incorporating Advanced Computing Techniques and Tools to suit the people seeking TEACHING/RESEARCH CAREER in Computational Engineering competing with world class curricula.

Prospectus/Instructions
1. Name of the program: Interdisciplinary M.Tech program in Computational Engineering
2. Degree to be awarded: M.Tech in Computational Engineering (with a specialization in core branch in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) Eligibility required 

 Qualified in GATE (2015/2016) or PGECET 2016  B.Tech /B.E with a core branch such as (Computer Science & Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) Prescribed Qualifications  60% or above marks in B.Tech/B.E, Intermediate and SSC  SC/ST candidates: 55% or above marks in B.Tech/B.E, Intermediate and SSC Selection process  GATE (2015, 2016) or PGECET-2016 in order of merit followed by an INTERVIEW.
  In Interview, 80% marks will be taken from GATE marks (2015/2016) or PGECET (2016) marks and 20% marks from the interview score.
 First priority will be given to GATE (2015/16) qualified candidates. If the seats are left vacant, those seats will be filled with PGECET qualified candidates.

  Prospective National Students having qualified in GATE from States other than Telangana can also apply. Admissions of these candidates is subject to rules of Govt. of Telangana as in force treating them as Non-Local candidates under supernumerary.

Allocation of seats i. The admissions to 85% of the total available seats shall be reserved for the “Local Candidates (TS) and the remaining 15% of the seats shall be un-reserved (these seats will be filled with students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh based on merit) as specified in the Presidential Order 371 Article D in consonance to Section 95 of the A.P. Reorganisation Act, 2014. ii. Rule of reservations as per Govt. of Telangana is applicable.

Fee payable by the students Rs.7, 000/- (At the time of entering to First year) and Rs.4,000/- (At the time of entering to Second year) a. Course Fee : Rs. 48,000/- per year (Rs. 96,000/- per two years) b. Admission Fee : Rs. 1,000/- (one time in first year) c. Special Fee : Rs. 4,000/- ( first year and second year) d. Caution Deposit : Rs. 2,000/- (one time in first year & refundable) e. Food and Accommodation : Rs. 40,000 per year Method of Teaching "Learning by Doing" adopting cognitive technologies through elearning and smart class rooms, self-learning availing NPTEL, Web courses/webinars etc under the guidance of faculty. Teaching Assistance All the admitted candidates shall be offered “Teaching Assistance” utilizing their services FOUR HOURS a day for conducting theory/practical classes for B.Tech and P.U.C students. a. A proportionate honorarium of Teaching Assistance not exceeding Rs.10,000/- per month shall be paid to all admitted M.Tech students. b. For the students, those are availing GATE scholarship, the University will withdraw the payment of Rs.10,000/- per month and the students are to repay the Teaching Assistance amount which was given by the University. c. The PGECET students will get Rs. 10,000/- per month towards Teaching Assistance.

How to Apply The mode of applying is online. i. The candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs.500/-(For SC/ST candidates: Rs.400/-) from any nationalized bank through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of "The Director, RGUKT(M.Tech Programme) Basar" payable at Basar. The serial number of the D.D shall be used in filling the online application by logging in the RGUKT site through www.rgukt.ac.in ii. The printout along with original DD and copies of certificates including GATE/PGECET score card (Mandatory) shall be sent to “The Director, RGUKT – Basar campus, Mudhole Mandal, Adilabad District, Telangana State - 504107” with an inscription as "Application form for M.Tech-2016" on the top side of the mailing cover iii. The hard copy of print-out without original D.D and a copy of GATE score card will not be considered for admission process
