Open Faculty Positions

YISU is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the following roles across three critical sectors:

1. Engineering Foundation

• Levels: Professor / Associate Professor

• Qualifications: B.Tech & M.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (PhD preferred)

• Core Skills: Instrumentation skills specifically related to the Pharma Industry

• Industry Exposure: Experience in Pharma facility setup, engineering support, and operational excellence

2. API / OSD / Injectable

• Levels: Associate Professor

• Qualifications: M.Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Analysis

• Core Skills: Expertise in Production, QA/QC, Regulatory standards (USFDA, ICH), and SOP/BMR documentation

• Industry Exposure: Hands-on experience in production and packing operations, audits, and CAPA handling

3. Bio Technology / Vaccine / Biosimilars

• Levels: Professor / Associate Professor / Professor of Practice

• Qualifications: B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology (PhD preferred)

• Core Skills: Bioprocess, fermentation, upstream/downstream processing, and analytical techniques

• Industry Exposure: Biologics or vaccine exposure, bioreactor handling, and GMP standards
